One of my most recent triumphs was disemboweling the last of the 9 toys given to me by my friends Scout and Dodger. It was a red bull which I enjoyed for quite some time but only because my mom rotates my toys. If she didn’t he would have been toast a long time ago. Stuffed toys never really last long in my house and as a rule most toys generally  don’t last very long in my house. I think the real big question is when is my replacement toy coming?

He was a great toy. I will always remember him.

We ran out of Frontline the other day and Mom ran to the pet store to get some. While she was there she bought me a Kong. When she got back my dad was taking everything out of the bag and started to open the Frontline. Clearly I need to teach them more about priorities and so I took it upon myself to take what was most important. Check out the video and you will see that the correct priorities are (1.) Open Toys, (2.) Open Frontline.

Anyway so they finally took a hint and opened up my toy for me. Mom said that it’s for when my parents leave so I don’t get so upset. They fill the inside with peanut butter and give it to me.  I really love peanut butter and in my book that makes it a pretty neat toy. Thanks Mom.

Why can't I carry this dang thing in my mouth?!?

At one of the Boston Terrier Meetups another Boston  suggested I get myself one of these big balls to play with in my backyard. It sounded like a good idea at first but when I actually got one home it seemed more scary than fun. I haven’t played with this scary ball all summer. So now in the middle of fall, I have finally found enough courage to begin to play with this gigantic ball. It was a lot of fun. My mom also wanted me to note that the picture doesn’t really capture exactly how dirty I got playing. It is very tiring. Now I know why people use these things to workout.

I made it through my third day in a row of doggie daycare. The morning ride to daycare was much more comfortable with my new spiffy jacket. It was a great day to play outside with the puppy pool too. My post daycare sleepy picture for day three features me snoozing with my Ugly Doll, his name is OX. Normally I would destroy a toy like OX in no time flat but my Grandma gave me this toy and so I chew on his hands and feet gently. I also carry him around by his ears. He stinks and is slowly turning from green to brown but that’s OK I still like him

Birthday Sign

Yesterday I turned 1 years old and I never saw it coming. My mom threw me this great little party. I pretty much spent most of the afternoon napping. Then I went with my mom to the store to get all my party supplies. It was a pretty good birthday. I can’t wait to turn 2!

The Birthday events are as follows:

• Ice Cream Cake for Mom, Dad and Grandma accompanied by singing
• My own special birthday cookies from the petstore
• Open Gifts (I got toys and my Grandma is paying for me to go to school again since I did so well the first time)
• Play with gifts
• Give kisses

Mom swears she took it out 30 minutes before eating.
